Every item is produced specifically for your order. For that reason, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or size changes once an order has been placed or shipped.

If we make an error—such as sending the wrong item or incorrect size—we'll replace it at no additional cost. Contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, ConsumedByEnvy is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged shipments. For delivery-related issues, please contact USPS or UPS directly using your tracking information.

If the mistake is ours, we'll make it right.

Fraudulent chargebacks or false claims of non-delivery are taken seriously.

If we determine that a chargeback has been filed without valid reason, we will provide Shopify and your payment provider with all order details, tracking information, and delivery confirmation as evidence.
